To ensure absolute fairness, transparency, and administrative rigor, all festival awards are governed by the following official policies:
Combined National Talent Pool: The National Talent Festival 2026 operates as a unified multi-disciplinary competition. All 5 domains (Visual Arts, Speech/Oratory, Solo Dance, Solo Singing, Solo Instrumental Music) feed into a single, consolidated national talent pool. There are no separate or reserved award quotas for individual categories, classes, or geographical regions.
Declaration Schedule: Award winners and national ranks will be finalized following the conclusion of Stage 3 (Grand National Finale) and officially announced on the portal in early 2027.
Independent Adjudication: All selections, scores, and shortlists are adjudicated independently by the designated Blueberry Learn Jury Board. In accordance with competition rules, the decisions of the jury and Blueberry Learn management are conclusive, final, and non-negotiable.
Verification & Bonafide Validation: Recipients of Grand Awards and National Excellence Medals must submit valid government age verification (Aadhaar / Birth Certificate) and an authentic school bonafide document prior to prize shipment.
Prize Terms: Physical prizes are dispatched via insured courier only to verifiable postal addresses within India. Prizes cannot be traded, assigned, transferred, or exchanged for cash or alternate merchandise. In the rare event of hardware supply constraints, Blueberry Learn reserves the right to substitute any prize with equivalent hardware or vouchers of matching market value.
